The most likely reader but not necessarily the most popular is a vegan.
The second type of follower is the person whose arm I twisted to get here and does not want to get anymore burn marks.
Lastly and probably the most popular reader is the curious,openminded and well informed reader who wants to know what happened to GiGi since she is no longer a ward of the state. Don't you think straight jackets look a lot like chef's jackets... Less laundry for me! Woohoo!
For those readers who fit into the 2nd and third categories I will clear some things up.
Vegan is pronounced Veeeeeeeeee Gun (like VD and bang-bang)
Vegans do not eat anything that was once alive, including dairy, eggs, and none of your beeswax.
Vegan does not mean gluten-free. Lots of people assume I can bake gluten-free since I am a vegan. This is not a good assumption. X does not equal Y, and Y does not equal X. There are some gluten-free people who go duck hunting.
Last week my friend Ron decided to cash in his Veganville gift certificate. He handed me a bag of gluten free flour and five pages of instructions from his very allergic boyfriend. Please bake up something without soy, buckwheat, spelt, nuts, bananas, nut flour, nut butter. Minimize citrus, chocolate, apricots, sugars, but feel free to use goat cheese? What? I hope they like the bottle of water I slave over.
Seriously. I'll let you know what I come up with.
