Miss Marple: Yes Inspector. But what leads you to believe that GiGi Anber might be in England.
Inspector: Have you watched the most recent surveillance tape, Miss Marple? Watch the surveillance tape of the missing Blogger below, Miss Marple.
Miss Marple: That girl does seem to be in a pickle. But the Jewish Zydeco music does not seem to lead to London, Inspector. I am quite certain of that.
Inspector: Would you be willing to risk your fine reputation on that?
Miss Marple: It is nice of you to believe that I have a reputation and a fine one at that. I do have some clues, but according to the tape GiGI seems quicker than me. I might have to make some changes in my diet to catch her.
Inspector: What are you thinking of doing, Miss Marple?
Miss Marple: I have been thinking of going Gluten free, and I can no longer run as fast as I once did in my tan oxfords.
Inspector: What are you planning to do to catch the missing Blogger then Miss Marple.
Miss Marple: In addition to going Gluten Free, I will eschew hot tea and drink Vega-Chai smoothies with flax seed. I have also found a wonderful pair of joggers in a second hand shop while on a recent jaunt. Good Day Inspector.

Ha ha, so awesome! I'm glad you could interview Miss Marple. She always gets to the bottom of the mystery. Also, those hot pink vibrams she found are the bomb!
ReplyDeleteGiGi thanks you, from wherever she is and Miss Marple is the spinster bomb!
DeleteI'm not sure I understood any of this post. Least of all, gluten free scones.
ReplyDeleteYes Yes, Miss Marple has been misunderstood for most of her life, after all Miss Marple was a spinster even as an infant.
DeleteThe dancers look familiar. They look like the people I used to dance with in Madison, Wis. Maybe that's where GiGi is. And did you say the Vibrams are gluten-free? The whole gluten-free thing Miss Marple is pushing is a mystery to me.
ReplyDeleteYou know the dancers?! If you are a personal friend of the dancers maybe you can track them down to help find GiGi. You are not clueless, then.
DeleteI believe the Vibrams are indeed gluten-free.
LOL @ Gluten Free Vibrams.
DeleteWhere can I get a pair, please? :p
Oh and, if Miss Marple is wearing GF Vibrams and GiGi is wearing regular Vibrams, who will outrun whom?
DeleteThe scones look and sound amazing!! And such a cute story! :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I believe Miss Marple did quite well in her first attempt at gluten free baking. Thank you.
